Manual Production Approach
We started our journey in this industry using the manual production method which is labour intensive and includes die cutting, boxing, folding, etc. The reason we continue to use this method is because we believe in giving back to the society in terms of a living for the staff and also because the Minimum Order is very flexible here thereby catering to low orders.
Technology-Driven Production Approach
In keeping the heavy demands, we chose to use state of the art machines to cater to the bulky orders. But, we still offer flexibility to the customers in terms of Minimum Order. Here, the orders are customized to individual orders.

We make 3, 5, 7,9 and 11 ply. Depending upon the kind of products used and the way of handling needed the ply value of the boxes can vary.
